  • RETURN & REFUNDS: Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. There are no usage or monthly maintenance fees.
  • Expire date: Ollny gift card will expire in 3 years from the date you purchase.

1. What do the IP ratings mean?

Some Ollny outdoor lights have an IP44 rating which means they are protected from water sprayed in all directions. We achieve this with strong rubber cables and double sealed caps over the bulbs. And some outdoor lights are IP67 waterproof which means they can prevent rain and water. All indoor use lights are usually rated IP20. So please take a further look at every product description to confirm the IP rating.

2. Can I get a discount on my order?

3. Can I cancel/amend the order?

Yes you are able to cancel the order before shipping.

5. Can I join two sets of Ollny lights together and have them synchronized?

Certain Ollny decor lights can be connected while some can't. If you want to find out which products are connectable, please refer to this collection "Ollny Connectable Lights". If you are unsure whether the lights you purchased can be connected, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. We are always ready to assist you.

6. Do you provide any decoration tips?

7. How does the timer work?

The timing function is that when you press the "timer" button, the red light on the control box will light up, indicating that it is working in timing. And the lights will be 6 hours on / 18 hours off.

If you want to turn timer off. Press the "timer". When the red light goes out, the timer is off.

8. My order is a gift. Are prices included?

We make sure that all our parcels only include a delivery note that will not show any prices.
