• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and any territories or outlying areas at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.

Our shipping methods include: UPS, USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, and Amazon Logistics etc.

Delivery time depends on the location shipped to and the shipping method selected. Most orders will be shipped from our warehouses which are located in GA and CA. Therefore, farther away states may need more time to be delivered.

• We provide free Standard Shipping for orders over $29.99. If you require expedited shipping for your order, please select expedited shipping at the checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days - $6.99
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (Due to some geographical reasons, expedited shipping may be extended to 4-7 business days)

During the off-season, December 24th through September 30th, most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 or 2 business days.

During the holiday season, October 1st through December 23rd, most orders will be processed and shipped on the same day.

• You will receive an email from us which contains a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse.
• We will also update the status of your order in your account as "shipped" and include the tracking number for your reference.
