30-Day Return for Any Reason

  • Ollny provides 30-day money-back guarantee for all customers and all reasons. 
  • Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, except for manufacturer defects.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective products.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

12 Months Guarantee

Ollny provides 12 months guarantee for all customers. If the product is still within the guarantee period and under the warranty coverage, we'll get you a new replacement or repaired.

Warranty Process

  • Sufficient proof or purchase must be provided.
  • A description of the defect and visible proof must be provided in order to issue a warranty claim.
  • After applying for warranty, Ollny will reply within 48 hours.
  • Get you a new replacement or repaired.

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase

What If Some of The Products Are Defective / Damaged, While Others Are Not?

  • If an order contains both damaged and undamaged products, we are pleased to provide a replacement or return if out of stock for the damaged items within 12 months. 
  • However, for the return of undamaged items, a request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the package. Please note that the undamaged products cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days from the date the package arrived.
